Where to start, aside from my own wedding day, this is the safest and most allergy aware wedding venue I've attended in some time! We were only part of the wider wedding party, but with care and tact this venue was able to cater for me throughout the day without causing a fuss. Even providing my wife and I with our own dessert (granted it was one provided by the Bride herself), as part of the main wedding meal. The evening buffet was also mostly suitable for me to eat, with the exception of one or two items. However, these were kept separate from the other food to ensure cross contamination risk was minimised as much as possible. Having had such a positive experience, I spoke with the management to thank them, only to find out his child had an allergy of their own! As such, I introduced him to the Allergy Companions website to help him and his own family. A thank you drink appeared shortly after, which was appreciated but certainly not expected! The venue itself is relatively small, and I would say that it is more suited to smaller and less formal styled weddings. Photo opportunities are limited, so I would certainly bring that into your consideration too. However, the food provided and the cost of beverages will certainly not leave your guests disappointed. If I was invited to another wedding at this venue, I would not hesitate to attend!
