We have eaten at Wagamama numerous times and have had unfailingly great experiences. My daughters both have allergies and they are both safely and well catered for, so much so that I am happy for them to eat at Wagamama with their friends. Wagamama has recently removed all peanuts from its menu and all dairy which makes us feel safer and reassured. If you mention allergies the manager will take the order, double checking all ingredients, taking responsibility to tell the chef and even serve the food. This attention to detail is exceptional. My youngest has a sesame and egg allergy too which you might think would be an issue at Wagamama but we’ve never had any hiccups and I can confirm that as a chain they take dealing with allergies both in their stride but also seriously. I highly recommend Wagamama as a good destination based on the branches I have visited.
