The Tuning Fork - Rugby

I was blown away! We live in Southern Ireland and my experiences as a coeliac eating out have been very hit and miss sadly. Not at the Tuning Fork. The knowledge of the staff re. gluten, and the obvious thought that has gone into the gf options on the menu took my breath away! The main course was so different and delicious, and my choice for dessert was really difficult to make - so many gf options to choose from! All made by Kerry on the premises. Finishing off with a pot of tea at the end of a really lovely lunch in very pleasant surroundings- will definitely go again next time we’re in the U.K. Maybe then I’ll be able to buy some of that delicious tea!! We’ve been to this place many times. The food is amazing, but the staff can be rude sometimes. Took my little one twice there as well, and both times she had an allergic reaction and got covered in hives in minutes. She only had chia seeds pancakes and a toast. All the food she ate was nut free, so there must have been a cross contamination. Told the staff about it, they weren’t too bothered. We now only go for hot chocolate.
