Saffron Gold - Warwick

I’ve had takeaway from here before but first time I’ve eaten in. It was really busy as there were lots of people out in Warwick for the Victorian Evenings which run at this time of year. The menu was well labelled with different allergens. I was confident ordering from the menu with the labelling but wasn’t asked about allergies or intolerances so it’s a conversation you would need to prompt. Really nice food and fairly priced.

Book a table as venue was full on a Thursday evening.

Gluten free items clearly marked on menus and was given additional information about items may contain. Fabulous reassurance from the Manager. Learned how one chef takes care of our whole order. Was just perfect!. And the food is so delicious too. Highly recommend. We also have take aways from them too and the same care is taken. They ask you to call to have your order marked as gluten free/coeliac for the kitchen and then all is handled separately.

Double check about the onion bhajis and tikka as depending on supplier they may contain.

When booking state you need gluten free due to being Coeliac. And if possible ask to speak to the Manager if you want to be doubly sure on something.
