    • No allergies or coeliac diseasecould be catered for
    Nothing available. After queueing for more than 10 minutes the assistant advised us not to buy anything. Pretty unpleasant staff. Would not recommend for anybody.

    Went with my children, one of which has a peanut allergy. When I informed the staff member the manager came over and said none of the ice cream was Safe. They had two ice creams which contained peanut On display. I’ve never been turned away from an ice cream place before. Poor kids were disappointed.

    This ice cream parlour has no allergen information displayed. I checked carefully and there were no peanut containing ice creams however when I asked the waitress, she said that they do produce a peanut ice cream in their factory and therefore I would be better not eating any of the ice creams due to risk of cross contamination. Obviously I understand the logic of what she was saying, but my reading of it was (and still is) that she just didn't want to serve us. I don't believe they produce a peanut ice cream.
