    The manager at the Nut Hall branch was amazing- I was feeling so anxious about trying somewhere new but the way all the staff behaved made me feel so comfortable! And I enjoyed being somewhere new 🥰👏🏾The manager went above and beyond to provide all the information they could - going back and forth with the kitchen to discuss ingredients and products they used. To ease my anxiety and ensure the food was safe, they took photos of all the labels so I could also check. I prefer this as, having a non- top 14 allergen, allergy menus/ matrix’s are not required to have this information. They appeared to be super family friendly- they have playgrounds and cinema rooms that all look well kept and safe. They host doggie brunches in the summer and princess and superhero brunches for children. Hannah was the amazing manager who served me and was super- very understanding!!!!

    The half a rack of ribs sounds bigger than you think!!! Food tastes amazing so go hungry!!!

    We came here as a family to celebrate a birthday. Two of our party have allergies: tree nuts, peanuts and gluten. It’s an American style restaurant and is always very busy, so book ahead! There’s a kiddy cinema that shows different movies, and a big outdoor play area. The staff are very friendly, and the allergies are handled by a manager who comes with a big folder and goes through the dishes with you. My daughter was able to have a huge milkshake, she was over the moon as she can’t normally have these with her nut allergy. Portions are huge, so you might want to keep this in mind when ordering. We had the cheese burgers, short ribs, brisket, Mac and cheese along with the sides of chilli cheese fries and brisket Mac and cheese .
