Eric's Fish & Chips - Hunstanton

My little boy didn't fancy pizza so we took a look at the menu at Eric's Fish and Chips to see what options they had. We opted for the king prawns. I asked about allergies and they were very switched on. For example, they recommended a different oil to make the prawn kebabs as the rapeseed oil was used for other dishes and had a "may contain" for nuts. I asked for the prawns to be made gluten free as the batter was lighter than the traditional version. My server had excellent knowledge of allergens and made sure that the person cooking the food was aware of the allergy order. The prawns were so tasty I ordered a second portion! I also ordered the cheesy pea fritter, which was delicious.

Amazing venue with lots of places on site including pizza, ice cream and other places to shop.

Delicious fish and chips with a selection of gluten free options and it's such a treat when this can be hard to find. We visit North Norfolk regularly and always head here. My son is also allergic to egg and they can cater for him too.

You can eat in or take away. I can get very busy in peak season but there is plenty of outdoor seating and there is another branch in Holt further round the coast which is worth noting.
