Chase Farm Cafe - Sutton Coldfield

We were incredibly impressed with the high level of allergy awareness from the staff and chef here. There was a very comprehensive allergen folder - each item of food had the full ingredients list noted down, this is very rare but for my son is critical because it helped us to determine what was safe for my son to eat, particularly as he is allergic to things which are outside the top 14 allergens. The staff (Hannah and Charley) patiently spent time explaining how they avoid cross contamination, reassured me that surfaces would be wiped down and clean utensils used. They spoke to the chef and then came back to double check the ingredients were all safe. My son was able to safely have a full English breakfast, something he has never had in a cafe before, he was over the moon. The chef even came to the window with a big smile and wave for my son as we were leaving. 10/10 and can’t wait to go back!
