- Peanuts

- Tree nuts
I really wanted to recommend the cafe at William's Den in East Yorkshire. We went today for the first time in a few years. They do have nuts on site in some of the more adult dishes (cashews in a duck salad and walnuts on carrot cake) which may be beyond the comfort zone for some but it is so, so clean and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Their allergy menu does exactly what you want it to. Lists allergens AND may contains and is quite clear about where there is a risk of cross contamination. Most of the kids desserts, eg chocolate brownies etc were made from nut free ingredients in a nut free environment. Lots of choice qnd really lovely. They have a separate woodfired pizza oven so very happy it was safe for my tn/ss allergic son. It was so nice to go somewhere and not need a pack up!
Menu Top Tips
- Pizza was made in a separate area/oven for anyone nut allergic. Gf options available too. Chocolate brownie nut free!
Venue Top Tips
- Ask to speak to the cafe manager. Lovely lady who was very helpful and knowledgeable about all of the food. Most seemed to be made fresh on site.
Recommended Dish
- Pepperoni pizza
