Salt Shed - Brighton

The waiter immediately checked with the chef that it would be safe for me to eat there. I was very scared so asked lots of questions and he didn't make me feel silly or like I was over reacting. He reassured me the chef was very good with allergies. I was given a vegan bun which is something that is often over looked and I've been given brioche in the past. Meal was lovely, service was great and I had no reaction!
