We visited the cafe in the family area at Kew Gardens - whilst we weren’t planning to have a meal there, my little boy wanted a safe snack, which I was able to buy from their till area. While I was there I spoke with the manager, who explained they have strong processes in place to minimise cross contamination. She also mentioned they barely have any nuts in the kitchen and they generally tend to limit the number of allergens they use. They have separate areas to prepare food safely and they had a variety of pre packed sandwiches and food that were well labelled and included may contains. I will happily have a bite to eat there next time.

The ice cream area had a lot of may contains for various allergens but the other food areas had plenty of options for the majority of allergens.
