Food was great staff were welcoming. Asked for an allergen menu and the waiter said straight away and he said "is it for a nut or peanut allergy" to which i told him it was. He then told me everything except the brownie was nut free and gave us total confidence. Would recommend

I contacted plonkers before we visited and asked if they could cater for my little boy who has a peanut allergy. They replied promptly saying that they had a member of staff who had a peanut allergy so kept the kitchen peanut free. We were told that the main food menu was completely safe but the brownies had nuts in and may contain traces of peanuts. They offered us an alternative. The food was delicious and we felt confident that the staff were well educated when it came to allergies
