    Been coming to Otto for a few years and they have never let me down. Very reassuring and understanding. Makes the experience really enjoyable.

    We’ve just returned from a lovely meal at Otto pizza. We saw the review on Allergy Companions so we decided to give it a go! The manager, Gary, was very welcoming and gave us a lot of reassurance from the moment we walked through the door. One of the first things he wanted to discuss was our dietary requirements, which we had left on our booking, and reassured us that no nuts are used in the kitchen. The kids had a Margherita pizza each, which went down a treat; we had a buffalo mozzarella pizza and one with salami and mushrooms. We asked about the ice cream for our son, but as the tab mentioned the “may contain nuts” warning we decided not to go for it; it might be absolutely fine for some people, but as our son is still little we don’t have any may contain products. Perhaps a suggestion would be to have 100% free from desserts so that more people can enjoy the desserts as well 😊. Other than that, a super experience, super chilled venue and caring staff. Will definitely return!

    Otto’s pizzas are the some of very best in Birmingham - excellent toppings and beautifully textured bases. They’re also very attentive with my allergies; the menu is allergy-friendly and the staff are very conscientious. I feel very comfortable and catered for here. I can’t recommend Otto enough!

    The menu makes it clear that no nuts are used in the recipes, even in the pesto. Always worth checking - but very encouraging!
