All allergy information available at the kiosk, as you ask for the allergens for your potential order the till prints a slip detailing all allergens for that dish, the server can then nip into the back and perform a final check. Can’t fault that.

Have a couple dishes in mind just in case they have sold out, the restaurant does get busy.
