Mackintosh Hotel - Cardiff

We were traveling around Wales from the US with our young children, including a 4 year old with a long list of food allergies. We contacted the pub via email the night before we planned to lunch there. We received an immediate response confirming they could accommodate our food allergic kiddo. When we arrived, we showed our chef card, but they indicated the chef was all set and prepared for us. Our son was able to have gammon specially prepared for him with a side of raw cucumbers and carrots. He and we were thrilled. The rest of us enjoyed our meals as well! The customer service and attention to the allergy details was exceptional.
