    Following a visit to a different GBK, I hadn't interpreted their allergen menu very well. They provide you with a menu, which you have to scan, if you have an allergy they won't serve you until you have scanned the menu. This is because they give you an a4 sized information regarding allergies and make you accept it before they feed you. Then their allergen menu comes up. Apparently, if the item of example chicken comes up without any other dishes, then none of them are safe. All it stated for me under chicken was "our chicken is cooked fresh on site". I believed that meant I could have all of it. The menu itself is not very well explained.
