We struggle to try anywhere new when away as both my children have nut allergies and one is extremely anxious about eating out. We booked online and added a note about allergies. On arrival the staff confirmed the allergies when seating us. The manager came to take our order personally and talked through the menu- no nuts on site but some ingredients come from factories that handle nuts. Kitchen staff made aware and food was prepared separately. Allergen flags were used on the children's food and even their drinks had allergy stickers on. When we ordered another portion of chips; the manager double checked to confirm these should be prepped in line with their allergy protocols. Overall I was really impressed and reassured by the whole experience. The food was great and we had a good time! Great to find somewhere different for us to try as a family when away.
