Bob & Berts - Ballymoney

We have just had the best experience at Nando’s Sutton Coldfield. I am incredibly anxious about eating out with my 3 year old with multiple allergies as listed above. We were welcomed and reassured we could be catered for. A staff member came to chat with us and said they had several regular customers with food allergies. She brought over a tablet which had all the allergens / ingredients on and informed us even the mayo was now vegan and they had removed egg from a lot of their marinades.

Go outside meal times when it is nice a quiet. We ate at 5pm.

We feel really safe eating here. They clean all of the equipment and keep the food separate to avoid cross-contamination. They always ask what my allergies are and reassure me each time. They now know me and look after me.

I love how much on the Nandos menu I can have. Their bread is not a "may contain sesame", which is super rare! The man who served us was really helpful and reassuring; he mentioned he also had a nut allergy so there were no longer nuts within the kitchen since he started working here. It is amazing to see the allergen is being removed, not the person! The food was great, probably one of the best Nando's I have had.
